Time for grafting trees

On the 17th of February, in accordance with the moon phase, we took part in a grafting workshop, facilitated by Xisco, owner of the Finca "Son Pau" and member of the Association "Ananda". Together we practiced the art of grafting, using the base of wild olive trees, to graft small cuts of olive tree branches from varieties that produce better and bigger fruit.

The same technique can be used to graft other trees always when they are from the same family.
