This Spring has been an amazing season here in Sant Honorat. With the help of amazing volunteers we have prepared the foundations to what is now our official Permaculture pilot project. We have made the most of this approx. 50m2 parcel of land, using all the techniques and resources available in that moment.
It is the demonstration of what can be done and achieved using Permaculture design and techniques.
We have now planted our Summer crop, and we are so happy to see how well it goes with minimal water, already harvesting the first vegetables.
