Since November 2021, we have re-activated our veggie garden with winter/spring crops.
In one year, we have a achieved a considerable improvememnt of the soil, with a really good water retention capacity. We have used our home produced compost to nourish the soil, using a no dig technique. The soil is also rich in earth worms and our plants are happy.
We produce for the hermitage community with gratitude, for hosting our project.
